A quick note on any mentioned water retention, this seemed to occur in a minority of users, and was always temporary, disspipating right after cessation of use, along with the bodyfat!

Now on with the feedback logs and testimonials!

AWESOME RESULTS—-THANK YOU!!

VIP SUPPS

There is so much misinformation regarding “diet”, “weight management” and “fat burner” products that it’s difficult to wade through the hype to find a program and products that really work. Thanks to your excellent research and solid information I am seeing GREAT results! TARGEX is AWESOME!

I am a 5’6”, 50 yr. old woman dealing with the frustrating challenges of hormone fluctuation and the curse of unwanted mid-life body fat. In addition, skyrocketing stress hormones have contributed to additional fat storage in the “core” areas of my abdomen, thighs, hips and butt. Over the last 9 months I had put on 20 plus pounds of pure fat in all these unwanted areas with less and less lean muscle and strength. Sporadic exercise attempts and crash dieting left me more stressed and still fat in those areas.

I purchased a bottle of TargeX and began applying it morning and evening but honestly did not expect any significant results. I focused the application on my stomach, “love handles” and thighs. After one month the difference is almost unbelievable. Unfortunately I did not begin with the official measurements for the before and after but I am in clothes I have not worn in 2 years!! I am now fitting into clothes 2 sizes smaller. The best testimonial was unsolicited from my step-son and daughter-in-law who I visited on Mother’s Day. Almost simultaneously they both remarked out loud “Wow – what are you doing? You’ve really lost weight and look awesome.”

I have been trying to eat healthier foods but I have not exercised. After seeing these results I joined a gym and am committed to combining the TargeX with consistent aerobic and weight-lifting exercise program. I can’t wait for the great results I will see in the next 60 days!

Thanks so much for introducing me to TargeX. I will be encouraging all my 40 ,50, & 60 yr old friends to make the change to this great product.

Sincerely,
Cynthia Ament, Jacksonville, FL

*****************************************************************************************************************
Here’s an exerpt from a great post at mindandmuscle.net where various users are talking about “Whats the best top 5 supplements/drugs you have taken?, Most recently”

1. Deprenyl
Still my fav stimulant though PEA comes close.
2. Oxiracetam
I’ve been using this more recently based on a few M&M members feedback and after giving it a decent trial it does seem to get a better kick than Piracetam but twice a day dosing is needed for best results.
3. Havoc
Using Pulsed based dosing I’m impressed. Worked better than andro for a nice dry gain.
4. DCP
The thermogenic effects were noticeble the first day dosing, while the endurance effects seem to kick in a few days.
5. Targex
After a good week of use I started to see my abs tighten, after a few more weeks the effects were clear and real. Best topical cutter I’ve ever used.

-Steve Sliwa – President Uniquenutrition

**************
1. Deprenyl
2. L-Dopa
3. SyntheSize
4. Havoc
5. Targex Plus
-Marc McDougal M&M Guru

So as you can see,two very well respected and knowledgable people put the Targex in their top 5!WOW!

*****************************************************************************************************************
-Marc McDougal Guru at Mindandmuscle.net,feedback on his first run with the original formula

I’m really liking it.

I’ve had to use a staggered dosing schedule to account for the water retention.(VIPsupps note here:The new formula with added caffeine has eliminated the water retention problem)

So, after some experimentation, now I apply it Sun-Thu, and then by sat morning the water retention has dissapated and I look good when I inevitebly have my shirt off at the pool, wakeboarding, co-ed shirts/skins football at the park, pretending I lost my dog and running out of the house with no shirt on to entertain all the housewives in my neighborhood…etc…etc…

I went boating and applied the Targex the night before, and looked bloated all day. After about 24 hours of not applying it, all of a sudden my abs looked great.

So I still have half a bottle left, but as long as I time it right, it appears to be doing the trick.

I’m thinking of just adding some caffeine to the rest of the bottle to see if that helps so I can use it all week long (this is the old formula).

Targex (with added caffeine) helped out a ton in leaning out my midsection. I’ve never had my abd/suprailiac #’s this low.

*****************************
Here is Marc’s second run with the Targex

Starting Stats as of 4/7/7

Abdominal Skinfold: 6mm
Oblique Skinfold: 6mm
Suprailiac Skinfold: 9mm

Navel Circumference (morning): 32.75
Oblique Circumference (morning): 32.75

These circ’s are up 1/2 inch each from the end of my DCP trial, dammit.

Targex will be applied at 2 pumps/2x per day, morning and night.

Looking forward to seeing what it can do for me.

——-
Skinfolds are now:

Abd: 3/4 I’m getting 3′s and 4′s, it will be a 3 by wed.
Obl: 3/4
Suprailiac: 5/6

Circ’s, I’ll take tomorrow morning.

I upped cardio and hit up a strict diet as of last wed (5 days) in preperation for a photo shoot this coming wed.

The Targex made the midsection fat loss a breeze, especially once I added the caffeine to the remaining 1/3 of the bottle. Big difference with the caffeine.

I’ve been using Targex for a week now and I have to say, I’m very impressed. Well done.

I’ll write a review in the VIP forum once I’m done.
*******

I’ve been using Targex for about a month now and I have to say, I’m very impressed with it. I applied one squirt to the left side of my abs and obliques, and another squirt on the right side of my abs and obligues. I’ve lost roughly an inch on the waist.

Well done.

dec8 So the folks at VIP were good enough to send along a bottle of Targex topical fat burner for me to try.

I have had issues for several years with oblique/lower back fat pockets that are highly resistant to all systemic fat loss protocols. No matter how lean the rest of me gets, this area remains fat…

I’ve tried just about every topical fat burner out there AbSolved, Skulpt, Lipoderm, et al. The only thing I have ever gotten real noticable results with was an amiophylline-based cream and that was basically an extreme dehydrating effect and was only good as long as I kept applying it.

So the product. It comes in your basic plastic bottle with an included ‘mustard pump’

The label says shake well before applying but if you do this with the pump installed, it leaks so the best you can do is an aggressive swirl…hope this is okay.

The product itself is a yellowish thick liquid…no real smell except a little menthol perhaps. Goes on easily and absorbs quickly. No staining which, as a veteran of original Skulpt, is a nice change.

Planning to apply after shower and before bed, two pumps on each side.

Tailor’s tape measurement at the navel is just shy of 36″

—dec 11 Glycyrrhetinic acid 98% is the only listed ingredient. Dunno what the carrier is. There is some menthol in it.

Haven’t put the tape to myself to check but the areas where I have been putting this stuff appear leaner to the eye and feel firmer…too soon to know if this is real fat loss or just localized diuresis.

On the plus side, no skin reactions of any sort.

—dec14 So I have noticed an interesting effect…it appears that GA may cause localized water retention….I’d been generally unimpressed with this stuff so far but last night I forgot to put it on and when I looked in the mirror this morning, wow, I looked noticably leaner in the areas I had been putting it on…I put some on again after my shower so we’ll see how things look later tonight…(VIPsupps note:Once again this was the original formula, there is no water retention with the new formula)

-dec16
Well there might be something to this. Mirror says I am getting reduction and tape has me down 1/2″…

-dec19
It appears that the effects of Targex are hidden by localized water retention for some period of time after you apply it…so if you apply it twice a day, its difficult to see any changes. In fact in my case, my obliques looked fatter several days in.

Then about a week in I missed a night application and when I looked in the mirror the next morning, I was plesantly surprised to find that my obliques looked a lot better.

Topical yohimbine causes the same problem which is why I think Avant added caffeine to their Lipoderm.

I am almost at the end of my bottle of Targex and appear to have lost 1/2-3/4″ in a few weeks without any other substantial changes to my diet or supplement routine. Visually, my obliques look leaner.

Overall I’d give this stuff an 8 out of 10.

Strengths: appears moderately effective, doesn’t stain, doesn’t irritate the skin

Weaknesses: strange consistency, can’t shake bottle without it leaking (despite instructions to do so), causes localized water retention which masks effects of product

General thoughts: combining GA with YHCL and a diuretic would probably work pretty well

Thanks for the opportunity to test drive it.

I’ve used Avant Labs’ Ab-Solved with great success, as well as Lipoderm
Ultra, so I think I’m in a pretty good position to pass judgement on
Targex. So, it lasted me about 3 weeks, applying 2 squirts on each love
handle and stomach, 2 times per day, and preferably before exercising. My
waist started at 33.66 inches and dropped to 32.87 inches, a 0.79 inch loss
in 2 weeks. I then kept applying, but whilst reducing calories, so I can’t
attribute the further drop in waist measurement to Targex alone, cause more
inches came off. Overall, a great product and very effective. Will
definitely use again.

jan29
Thanks to VIP Supps for sending this out.

I’ve used Avant Labs’ Ab-Solved and loved it, so looking forward to this.

Before begining the test, my waist measured 33.66 inches. I’ve now been applying 2 squirts, 2x per day, and where I remember, applying before exercising. This is somehting I also used to to with Ab-Solved. So far I’ve been using for about 4 days, but there have been a couple of days where I only applied once cause I forgot.

Initially I did noticed some bloating/water retention, but nothing serious.(VIPsupps note:this was the old formula, the new formula does NOT cause any water retention, just need to keep stressing that point)
I’m entering a powerlifting comp in 2 weeks and want to drop a BW division. However I will only lose the rest of the BW in the last few days. Thus, this week I will try to maintain BW so that I don’t lose strength. This should be a good week for Targex so show what it can do as I maintain BW.
I forgot to add that I’m applying to the love handles.

—-feb3 Well, I think Targex is working quite well. Love handles, visually, def seem to be getting smaller, waist looks to be leaning out, and beginning to see some abs again – all without much of a change at all in BW.

Also, the water retention issue has not returned, so that’s a good thing.

I haven’t measured up again yet to see exactly how much I’ve lost, but will do so when the bottle runs out, or actually, before I begin to drop some weight for the meet.

—feb6 Ok I measured up the other day and lo and behold my waist has dropped down to 32.87 inches, that’s a drop of 0.79 inches. Not only that, but I’m feeling MUCH leaner down there. Since measuring I’m sure my waist has leaned out some more (yesterday I had to tighten my belt by one notch), however from this point on I can’t attribute it all to Targex since I have now started to reduce calories for the comp.

Feedback incoming, was used on the face with success!

*****************************************************************************************************************

-babyblu Vet on many boards

Thanks to my bro VIPSupps.com, I am starting a log on Targex. I am currently on the tail end of a 24 week low bulk cycle of test enth/eq.

I am using 1 bottle of Targex for this log.

I am applying 2 pumps to each love handle in the a.m. then repeating in the p.m.
= total of 8 pumps/day. I will run for 14 days straight, then take 2 weeks off then repeat till the bottle is dry!!!

I am not sure of my bodyfat (around 15% I believe). My weight is 188lbs at 5ft9inches. I am 31yrs old. I measured my upper waist around the love handles at 36 inches. THe holidays hurt me!!

I have never used Targex before but have heard many great things about it.
I am not using any other AAS or supps besides:

multi vit
vit C
vit E
B-complex
zinc
glucosamine
flax seed oil

I am not running any sort of diet (of course I use PWO protein shakes) and I lean towards high protein but do not reduce or eliminate carbs. Basically I am not a bb but use AAS “recreationally” and thought this would be a good example of the effectiveness of Targex in “regular” people.

Also I am working out 3-4x/week. All free weights, some machines, but NO CARDIO.

Today is DAY 1. I will measure my waist in 3 days and try and measure every 3rd day afterward.

Holla and big bump to VIP Supps!!!

bb

—Day #3
Ok guys, I have continued with the regimen of 2 pumps on each love handle, twice a day. I measured myself an hour ago and my waist has gone down a little bit to 35 and it looks like 7/8 so it appears to be about an 1/8 inch reduction.
I have not reduced my caloric intake nor have I done any cardio. It could be the Targex or it could be simply a reduction in my water weight today. I guess only time will tell….

—Day #10

Im really sorry guys I have been soooo busy and some boards have been difficult to access w/the Asian server problems.

OK I have continued my regimen of 2 pumps on each love handle 2x day (a.m./p.m.) I measured my waist on Friday (1/5/7) and my waist line was down about 3/8 of an inch. Then I measured myself this morning and it was down just a little over 1/2 an inch!

Now a 1/2 inch is not a ton but how it looks is what is really surprising. I have noticed how my lovehandles are shrinking, and it appears that the fat on my abdomen, right in front close to my navel, tightened up too?

I wonder how far the Targex is spread when it absorbs transdermally? I know Carlito said this was not systemic, and I believe that, but I wonder if the Targex spreads a little wider when it is absorbed into the subq fat?

Another thing, my right lovehandle is a little bit bigger than the left side (I dont know why, it drives me crazy!!). But I might try to increase the dose on that side these last couple of days to see if I can get it reduced to match the left side.

Holla

bb

—OK today is the 14th day of my Targex cycle. My waist measured (before lunch) at almost 35 inches. I would say about 1/8 an inch off 35 inches. Which is a sh***y waist size to have but well worth getting some of the love off my handles. I will continue this log for a couple of more days to see if any of the loss comes back (i.e. water weight). All in all I have to say this is a great product. I will definitely run this for summertime and I think combining w/cardio and a diet would work wonders! Obviously this is not a miracle product but it definitely appears to work and the measuring tape dont lie! I want to thank VIP Supps for letting me try out Targex and thank Carlito for coming up w/this amazing product.

—Waist has stayed same size guys! Getting ready to run another 2wk rip of Targex….

—In summary, I found Targex to be effective. I ran Targex for 2 weeks straight, 1 dose in the morning and 1 dose before bed, applied to my good old love handles. I lost a 1/2 inch (which is pretty good in my opinion) off my waist w/o any caloric restriction or cardio. I did of course do plenty of weight training which I believe is just as good of a “fat burner” as cardio. I believe that if Targex was included in a regimen of diet + cardio + weight training then the effects would be incredible. Of course I believe if someone was preparing for a contest then a otc fatburner like Camphibolic or Venom would be great combined with Targex. Even better would be t3-clen-targex; that would have you ripped to the extreme. Also I think Targex could be very useful in PCT to keep some of that rebound fat off and to minimize cortisol which I believe (and some one please correct me if I’m wrong) is very high in PCT. All in all I thought this was a very effective and practical supplement, because everyone has some specific area that fat seems to cling to no matter how much cardio you do. Thanks to VIPsupps for letting me try Targex and thanks to C for developing such a wonderful product.

I started applying the TargeX a week ago.

Measurements

Upper thigh: 53 cms
Above the knee: 38 cms
Hips: 86 cms (stubborn fat right there on the lower abs)

I took new measurements on Sunday:

Upper thigh: 52,6 cms
Above the knee: 37,3 cms
Hips: 85,6 cms

Not spectacular but my pants are already a bit looser at the waist which is not a bad thing.

Sorry about the cms, guys but I’m European

I took new measurements last Sunday

Upper thigh: 51,6 cms
Above the knee: 36,5 cms
Hips: 84,3 cms

I’m really happy with the results. As I said, I only applied it once a day after my 1st shower but it really penetrates the skin quickly, doesn’t leave any greasy film and …… most important, it works.

(VIPsupps note:Im copy/pasting the feedback he provided, but you really should check out his pics at the below links that coincide with this log,he is JACKED!Very glad the Targex helped play a role in that wow!)

*Just applied my second dose of targex- 2 squirts rubbed it in thouroughly on abs and love handles. You get a warm sensation like flexall but not as harsh. I like it- here are some recent pics to show where my current bodyfat levels are- my bf% is low Im sure , but I want it competition low – striated cuts – so I am going to see how Targex works on the stubborn areas for me. Hope this can give some real world application knowledge to those who are interested in trying it.
8-11-06

*Day 3-Looks good so far I look leaner everywhere not just where I am applying it but lets see in a week or two how its really shaping up.

*Well Im at Day NINE and I can definitley tell a difference- I have been after the wife to help me take some pics and show- but I am definitley a lot leaner 9 days after starting- I may have to purchase a few more bottles before its said and done.
Pics coming soon.

http://www.thevipboard.com/index.php?showtopic=20363 Check the full thread and great pictures here

Here are some more comments he made in the thread shown below, which also has some GREAT pics
http://www.thevipboard.com/index.php?showtopic=20475

*Well 2 weeks of Targex and I like the results- my bodyweight the morning I shot these was 250 I think Im actually around 247 give or take a lb.
But I am 8 weeks away from my show and I like where I am at with bodyfat% right now- I liked the product enough to buy some more so Im pretty sold on it so far.

*I have the new formula and bloat has not been an issue at all.

Thanks Juggs for lettin me be a guinea pig- this stuff works real well on stubborn spots- I have been having my wife apply it to mid and lower back where I can’t reach.

I started Targex 1 wk ago today. I have a stubborn bf deposit on the left side of my lower abs. I have been applying 1 pump 2x per day.
Day 1 35.25 in. this is a circumfrence of the waist in that area not a traditional waist measurement.

Day 7 35.16 in I don’t see any visible difference yet and the diet has been crappy this week.

Day 14 still right at 35.16 but there is a definite visible difference! Including stretch marks! it looks like right after you lose a lot of weight and the skin is still loose. This is starting to get exciting. I think as it starts to tighten up, the measurements will get more dramatic.

Day 22 34.14/16 Broke 35 I just wish I had been a little leaner when I started, I think the visible difference would be more obvious. This is a good product for pre contest.

Day 29 no change in measurement, but I’m really pleased with appearance. I should be finished with the bottle by next update and i will give an overall.

*****************************************************************************************************************
-Searoy: Vet at bodybuildingbeyond.com and Supermod at CE

A couple of days ago we received our Targex trial. It looks great, and we are very enthusiastic about starting.

My wife will go first. I’m not cutting yet, so the results would be skewed negatively if I were to start now.

Her weight has stalled at 180#. In February her weight was 195. At the beginning of July it was 177, but water, mens, whatever. I’m sure she cheated a little recently, stress of losing job and all. More time on her hands. Anyway…

Her critical measurements are:
Waist: 32″
Belly: 41″
Hips: 45 1/4″

Her schedule M-F is:
wake up @ 0515
run 3 miles @ 0530
shower @ 0615
back to bed @ 0645
breakfast @ 0830
snack shake @ 1030
lunch @ 1230
snack fruit/nuts @ 1530
dinner @ 1915
bed @ 2200

I do not think she has a resistance training time, and her cardio is what I could consider low or moderate intensity. I have encouraged her to do some heavy weights, considering what we have available at home, and change her jog to circuits, but she is resistant to it…lol. In fact, “refuses” to do free weights is the appropriate term. She’s a nautilus snob. She is also convinced that what worked for her at 25 will work again at 31. I am not as optimistic.

She will be using 2 pumps of Targex per application. Applications will be in the morning after her shower and at night before bed. She will sometimes add a hot bath before bed, which I believe should enhance penetration.

She is targeting an area on her belly about 12″ wide and 18″ tall, pretty much the area below the ribs to the top of the pelvic bone.

She started yesterday morning, so she has had 3 applications so far. Targex is watery, very thin, but does apply smoothly and easily. It is not greasy to any degree. Because of the alcohol content there is a cooling effect on initial application. After a minute or two it dries. Then for the following 15 minutes or so there is a mild tingling sensation on the target area. Ben Gay/Icy Hot is not the correct description. A very mild pins and needles, foot asleep sensation is more correct, very mild. It cannot be called “stimulation.”

It is far too soon to see results, but she is excited to be trying something new. Critiques of schedule, training and diet are welcome.

And yes, my logs are often quite lengthy, involved, and whatever the opposite of concise is. In-depth and protracted, I suppose.

Enjoy!

—It’s been about 3/4 of a week. The most results to report are that there is no irritation and no stimulation. For people who have sensitive skin, such as my wife does, or are sensitive to stimulants, as my wife is, this would appear to be a viable alternative.

Of course, final results will determine if it’s worth using. It’s onyl been 5 days, so it’s a little early to declare either way.

New measurements will be taken on Tuesday.

—So, measurements today, a day early.

She’s down to 30″ on her waist, but 42″ on her belly, but that could easily be a measuring variance, and not a gain, because she certainly hasn’t gained any.

For what it’s worth, her “non-critical” measurements have improved as well, losing about 7/8″ on her big thigh and 3/8″ on her small thigh (yes, she’s a little imbalanced, but you hardly notice). They are much closer to the same now. Her arms are down as well from 13″ to 12.5″, and hips are down 1/4″ to 45″.

We’ll get weight tomorrow.

—–This isn’t the final entry in the log, but the Targex is empty.

Her final measurements were:
smallest part of the waist: 30″
at the navel: 36″
At the bulge of the belly: 41″
Weight: 173#

It’s obvious that the first waist measurement was not at the smallest part of the waist. I watched her take her own measurement and she came up with 32″, so I showed her where her waist was and she was surprised. It’s higher than she thought.

Notice that the measurements haven’t really changed. I find that odd for a number of reasons.

- Because of her training, she is much more fit than she was.
- She obviously has more muscle mass from her training.
- She looks thinner, even if she doesn’t measure thinner.

Lastly, a still picture in a standing pose doesn’t give a true-to-life representation of how she looks. The differences are obvious when she moves.

Everyone hates rolls in their belly and dimples in their fat. There are still some of both, but the look of them has improved. Her most unflattering pose is from the side bending over, as if to brush her teeth or put on her shoes. The pooch of her belly looks like something just stuck onto her skin, not a part of her at all. After Targex, it is less baggy, saggy, and otherwise unattractive. It appears smaller even if it doesn’t measure smaller.

And the waist of her pants fits very loosely. She has gone from a bigger 14 to a bigger 12 over the last month. Yes, her seat has gotten looser too, so there is some whole body weight loss as well. Again, this is my confusion as to why the measurements are the way they are.

My conclusion is that the initial measurements at the beginning of the log were in error. She measured her waist incorrectly, so it is not out of the question to believe that she measured everything incorrectly. Therefore, her starting measurements probably were more like 30/37/42, what I measured after the first week. With a final of 30/36/41, that would explain the results we are seeing that could not measure. I failed to measure her hips (I get distracted…) but I will get that as well, so that her overall composition change can be seen a little better.

Targex was simple, clean, non-stimulatory, and non-irritating. I know early on there was some concern about a rash, but that was identified as a medication she was taking.

The results are subtle. I would expect someone with less body fat to notice more difference than someone with a lot.

—OK today was my first day to start it im using 3ml 2x day on the lower abs and love handles. going to continue my diet and cardio im going to go about 17 days using this and see how the results end up. my initial thoughts about the product are good it soaks in nicely doesn’t have a very bad odor i did expect it to be more like a lotion but the thick liquid works just the same

—ok day 2 everything seems to be goiing fine i have put on 3 times now and i don’t notice anything but i don’t expect to until maybe about 2 weeks even then i have heard about some bloating in the area that doesn’t go away until you stop using it

—okguys im still doing this it’s very easy to use soaks in nicely i don’t mind the smell and it goes away fast. my pump sucks balls though it barely works but thats not a big issue.(VIPsupps note:The funky pumps are being replaced with proper ones for the new run) I think it might be working im going to stay on for another 1.5 weeks and next week i think im going to do 3xday and see how that works.

—overall i noticed some small reduction where i used it. it more seemed to tighten the skin in the areas that i used it than actually reduce the fat underneath. over all i tohught that the minimal amount of time that it took to apply and the benifits where worth while. i would enjoy to try it at a lower bf % and see if it could notice it better. As far as a topical spot reducer goes this would be my choice

I started my TargX testing today. Took my measurements, pictures, Caliper test. I am focusing on the area right in front below the belly button. That has been a problem no matter how lean I get. My diet is the basic Beverly Int. Diets. I use waxy maize and BCAA’s during and after workouts. I am using the Targx 2 pumps in the morning and 2 pumps in the evenings, either before workout or before bed.

—After six days I can already tell its working. I am starting to be able to see my lower abs which I have never been able to my whole life. I don’t get the holding water. This stuff works great for me. The caliper measurement is lower.

—I have pretty much went thru my entire bottle of Targex in about 3 weeks.
My caliper measurement went from 13 to 10 in the area I was using it. My weight went up 2 pounds. My diet stays clean all the time, no cheat meals or bulk up diets. I think this stuff is excellent. If you are lean but still have some stubborn fat I would definately try this. I will try and get some pictures up this weekend.

Well I got the targex in the mail today am and starting it tomorrow with some pictures hoping it will help get my love handles down so i can acheive the V shape i so dearly want

—Here is the link http://img134.imageshack.us/my.php?image=targexmb0.jpg its looks so funny im kinda flexing my right pec and my left one looks so flabby haaaaaaaaaaaaa oh well some good ole cardio baby

—well 3rd day of taking it and no real big change yet they look slightly smaller but havn’t had a good cardio yet got slammed with 3 test in a row so i had to study and would rahter lift then cardio but after today im gonna try and do atleast 20 minutes of cardio every other day

—Well lost about .5 of a centimeter really havn’t done to much cardio to tell you the truth but there is definetly gonna be some. here is a update pic http://profile.imageshack.us/user/dh…targex2yg1.jpg

—Well i’ve once again not followed the directions on the bottle but i think its still working i have just did 3 pumps and spread it around my love handles and stomach and have only ran once but my abs are coming through pretty fast and my love handles are improving i am going to post a pic its pretty close to the end and i am very proud of so far i think it took about a week in a half to really start working i will be taking 2 weeks off and starting again in 2 weeks.

—well i finally got my camera working again soo heres the pic i was suppose to put up a month ago i’m really sorry but lifes been really crazy lately. but as u can see my obliques are alot toner. since then ive put on 5 pounds and lost 5 pounds cause i started cardio again and am about to order some more targex. here is the link. http://img502.imageshack.us/my.php?image=targexce3.jpg
I know it wasn’t a great pic but i didn’t have anyone to take it at it was a quick shot before work. I will be posting some more picks in a week or so im going to concentrate on my lower abs, trying to get them to pop out a little more.

—alright so here are some before and after shots, also i did do a pher-vol cycle with this

before http://img134.imageshack.us/my.php?image=targexmb0.jpg

after http://img341.imageshack.us/my.php?i…ress200lp9.jpg

I tell u wut tho those lower love handles are still a pain, anybody have an excercise to get those really good

—the targex helps out quite a bit, but cardio is a must thats for sure. i ended up using it all around not just on my handles and it helped my abs out a lot. The love hanldes are getting smaller i have to get another bottle tho.

VIP, I’m using some Targex I ordered from you and I have to say that it’s fantastic – I definitely second your recommendation. I’ve been using it on my chest twice a day to help get rid of a case of pseudo-gyno and I’m actually quite shocked at just how effective it is. Not to hijack the thread, but I would estimate that the Targex got rid of 15-20% of the fat on my chest over a two week period
****************************************************************************************************************
-TheMyth Member at Mindandmuscle.net

When will you guys get this stuff, it is ausome stuff, worked much better than Lipoderm for me because I have never responded to it. Targex would be great for those who don’t respond to Lipoderm. Cmon guys!

—So I have been completley done with my Targex now for 2 weeks. The water retention(VIPsupps note:Once again a quick mention that the new formula does NOT cause any water retention) went down after about week 1 and thats when I was able to get the best picture of how much fat I lost. Although the pictures are still locked on my girlfriends computer (crashed with the blue screen of death), we will be taking it to a proffesional when we get the money to fix it. So I will just post them then. I can tell you though that the side I put the Targex on lost a significant amount more of fat than the side I did not put it on. I was running this with DCP from Recomp Performance Nutrition and I feel that helped expediate the results. Overal I lost 1 1/2″ off of my sides, and by the looks of it you can tell it was mainly from the side I put Targex on. I would definetly recommend this product to anyone who had not gotten the results they wanted from Lipoderm, and I noticed that this actually did something for me, where Lipoderm did not really do anything at all for me. Different strokes for different folks. So here’s how I would rate Targex.

Efficiency-10/10—It did the job!
Ease of Application- 7/10—Took a little while to dry, was a little grainy.(VIPsupps note:New formula has a great, smooth quick drying pleasant TDS)
Dispenser- 2/10—This was the only thing I dd not like about it, hard to get on, leaked when you shook it or if fell on it’s side.(VIPsupps note:Quick mention again, the new run will have PERFECT pumps)
Smell- 8/10—Not overpowering like Lipoderm
Overall- 9/10—It did the job, and that’s what really matters when all is said and done.

Thanks again to VIP for letting me try this, I was skeptical about it after reading about it for a while, but after trying it I am a believer. Try some and you’ll see!

*Here is some more info from the same member:

Ok guys, just got mine in the mail today, so I will start my log on Monday the 15th. I am taking suggestions as to where I should apply this. I want to either do my love handles or my boobs, but I am going to let it be up to the rest of the people here to decide where I should test this. By Monday, I will see where you guys want me to apply it the most. Wish me luck, and thank you VIP!

—Ok, so I decided to use this on both the boobs and the love handles, but only on the left side of my body. That way we will be able to really judge how this is working. Pictures can’t lie.

—an 24th So far I have noticed that I have more drive to work out and my stress levels seem to be down a bit, as I have more energy. Does this stuff work systematically? Maybe its just all in my head, lol. Let me get those pictures up when my girl brings her camera back, shes at her parents until Sunday, but i have the before pics, and i will be putting up pics once per week.

—jan 27 have to say that this stuff seems to be working well, I can already notice a difference on my left side and it’s only been a week. I am thinkning this fat loss has been sped up from the DCP I am also taking, which is a killer fat loss aid! My left love handle is definetly smaller now, and supposedly holding water, so we will see how much once I am off really has shrunk. My left boob hasn’t seemed to change much, but I will let you guys judge once I get the pics up on Sunday. DCP + Targex is a great combo so far!

—feb 2 Still going strong here, and the difference is very pronounced, even my gf has been saying it is weird how one side is smaller than the other. She wants to start using this stuff, will it be as effective on women as men? When I get those pics up I promise you guys you will not believe it. It even looks more pronounced in person. Anyways, I like this stuff alot.

feb 10
–Targex Log:

OK, well most of the testers maintain fairly low bf%, and as you can see by the mm. measurements below, I do not fall into that category. Started on 1/29:

1.5 cc spread over abdomen, .5cc split between both nipples. Here’s the mm. measurements for my abdomen. C = center, R = right side, etc…
C: 36 mm
R: 50
L: 50

I had/have a pretty wicked case of pubescent gyno from a combination of genetics and heavy pot smoking, so here are my deplorable chest fat readings. Granted, I could’ve picked smaller places to measure, but IMO the best way to get accurate readings from calipers is to ALWAYS pick the spot(s) that are the largest. This accomplishes two things: no cheating(intentional or subconscious), less error. So after the third week (after being off for one week) the before/after pics and mm. measurements should line up.

Rn: 43 mm.
Ln: 40 mm.

Initial impressions: Dries quickly. Good for convenience, maybe not so good for transdermal absorption? -I’m not sure on this though. Pump leaked, dumped some in a 4oz amber glass bottle and use 1cc dropper to administer; problem solved easily enough. Doesn’t leave a strong residue or scent, which is good for those of us w/ children or anyone who asks too many questions.

I’m also coming off a six month layoff. Any cardio and/or weight training was sporadic during the past six months, maybe twice a week, full body splits. Diet was horrible. Lots of fast food, take out, garbage. All that changed as of 1/29 when I began this log.

—feb 16 My computer is fried. It contains the log results, in depth, for the past two weeks. I’m at work now but to make a long story short: Noticed a 3 lb. drop in total weight during the two week Targex log. Within a day of stopping, my entire body started to “drain” if you will. The water weight that normally goes along w/ the first two weeks of a diet never came off until after I stopped the Targex(VIPsupps note:This was using the old formula, the new formula has zero problems with water retention). Then it came off quick. I dropped another nine lbs. from the past Monday to today, Friday 2/16. Caliper readings from Monday were random, some up, some down. I’m getting my Mac back on Tuesday, and I’ll post the whole log, along w/ any further notes then.

My appologies to VIP supps. This has been a hellish week to say the least. Targex does however seem to have an effect, even on those of us who need more than a little “tightening up” Also, I thought the bottle was good for one, two-week cycle, but I have a little less than half left, and I’m positive I was using 1cc twice daily.

I’m gonna take three weeks off then go back and use the rest of the bottle.

—02/12/07

Stopped dosing Targex today. During the past two weeks I lost two pounds. I also noticed that the water-weight that usually starts coming off around the forth or fifth day of a diet didn’t start coming off until about an hour ago; six p.m. Caliper measurements for this morning:

C: 35 -v- 36
R: 47 -v- 50
L: 50 -v- 50
Rn: 43 -vs- 43
Ln: 44 -v- 40

According to my scale, I dropped from 231 to 225 during the two weeks. I’m also holding 52.4% water. The way these scales (and most techniques) measure bf% do not take bone density into account, it also said I’m 24.2% bf. At 225 lbs. and 5’11″, that would mean my entire skeleton and muscular-skeletal system only weighs about 50 lbs or 22 kg.

Other Supps:

Pre/during workout: Steel-Edge w/ EAA’s
Post: 50g waxy-maize starch/50g EvoPro
Spread during the day: -Multi, Intra-X-Cell (ß-alanine, four-six divided doses), Basic Cuts in the morning, Sesamin.

I don’t attribute much to the caliper readings. Some went up, some went down. And I used the same spots (use small moles or blemishes to mark my spots). I’m already starting to “drain out” so to speak, so we’ll see how the next week goes.

2/26/07

Off for two weeks now, this stuff defiantly works, even for us Endomorphs (fat-asses). The first week I stopped dosing the Targex, nothing changed in terms of my diet, caloric expenditure, or supplements (save for the Targex). However, I noticed a pronounced diuretic effect that lasted ~10 days; lessening as the days went on. My caliper readings from this morning speak volumes:

Abdomen:
C: 28 v. 36
R: 36 v. 50
L: 34 v. 50

Chest:
Rn: 34 v. 43
Ln: 35 v. 40

As is apparent from the caliper readings, which are averages of 6 readings using different angles (I figured that’d be the best way to get a fair and accurate measurement), this stuff works. After a two week layoff, I began another cycle of it specifically on my nipples this past monday. I’m also using a 1cc syringe to measure it so I get an exact dose. Gonna run it for another two weeks to see if the fat-loss was just the usual, acellerated fat-loss during the first two weeks of a diet/exercise program, or if it really has a noteable affect. One thing though, anyone who saw me w/ my shirt off noticed, which never happens during the first two weeks of a diet.

My appologies to VIPsupps for the delay. -V

—jan24 Well, Its been just a bit over a week, and I don’t really have anything new to report. Im not sure if its the water retention, or its not effective. Im guessing its the water retention.

Would you like to lose those unsightly fatty areas on your body that just won’t go away no matter how much you diet and exercise,no matter how lean the rest of you gets? Of course,we all would. These areas, such as your stomach, but, hips, thighs, and love handles, are what is termed as ‘sex specific’ areas on your body. They are highly sensitized to the effects of the hormone cortisol. This hormone is produced by stress and tends to cause accumulation of topical fat in the problematic areas mentioned above. This can lead to increased cellulite and the general laying down of extra fat

Targex anti cellulite gel can help with this issue.

This ‘cortisol belly fat’ and the like, can be hard,if not impossible,to lose by ‘normal’ fat loss methods. It tends to be very resistant due to the hormonal issues involved. This is why you see otherwise fit people that work out alot having cellulite or a pudgy belly regardless of how much muscle they have. Targex to the rescue! Until recently,<a href="http://www.vipsupps.com"title="targex" >topical fat loss was just a bogus myth, more or less scam products dangled in front of desperate people claiming to help them lose stubborn body fat. Most of these products were nothing more than diuretics, producing a temporary, minor shrinking of the site, but this was from water loss, not fat reduction. But this has all changed recently and now there are really effective products that actually work at getting rid of fat and cellulite via local application to the skin of the problematic areas.

Targex anti cellulite gel works by blocking the hormones that cause fatty buildup in these sex specific areas.Hence providing genuine fat loss effects in a site specific manner due to its proprietary TDS lotion formula. So if your ready to finally lose those stubborn love handles, belly fat, gooey buttocks, and chunky hips and thighs, then give Targex <a href="http://www.vipsupps.com/targex/targex-topical-fat-loss-2"class="ld_link" target=" " title="topical fat loss">topical fat loss solution a try today!

*Owners Note* My last stock of Targex has run out. While a great product I have decided to start promoting another product as new information becomes available in order to bring you the very best in topical fat loss. I will be posting information shortly.
